Loretta’s theoretical background involves working in a Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Integrative and Person-centred way, using Body Work, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Loretta offers counselling and psychotherapy in a setting that is safe, confidential and person centred.
Loretta incorporates Dream work in her counselling practice, working with the powerful messages from the unconscious which are communicated through dreams. The individual is the only one who can interpret his/her dreams, as each dream is personal, and each individual unconsciously knows the meaning of their own dreams. Loretta works with individuals to explore the healing messages, new levels of awareness, and underlying meanings of dreams.
