Thomas Larkin holds a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Minster Centre in London. He also completed a post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with the Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy Service (ICAP) in London and a post-graduate training in Group Therapy with PCI college, Dublin.

He is accredited with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (MIAHIP) and the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MIACP).

Thomas has specialist experience in working with anxiety and panic, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, body-based psychological problems or psychosomatic problems, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, and unresolved childhood issues.
