Siobhan graduated with a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is Certified in Reality Therapy, Choice Theory and Lead Management with the William Glasser Institute. Siobhan has also trained in a variety of modalities and holds certificates from NUI, Maynooth in Human Relations and Communications, National College of Ireland Foundations in Social Studies, Community Addictions Studies (FETAC), Certificate in Integrative Supervision (IICP) and Diploma in Holistic Massage (ITEC). Siobhan is an Accredited Therapist and Supervisor with Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

Siobhan’s background stems from working in a pioneering community based counselling service in the south Dublin area. She is part of an outreach service providing counselling services for Multiple Sclerosis Ireland. She has a wide experience of clients presenting with a range of issues. Siobhan’s therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from her own core training which incorporates Person Centred Counselling, Reality Therapy and Choice Theory Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural approaches. She specialises in dealing with low self –esteem, personal development, past trauma, addiction, anxiety and bereavement. Siobhan uses a non - judgement, relational approach to empower the client to take more effective control of their lives. Siobhan creates a warm, supportive therapeutic environment and facilitates a reflective space to empower the client to consider their present choices and how they can make effective changes to enhance their lives. As an Accredited Supervisor with the IACP, Siobhan provides clinical supervision to therapists as part of an ongoing professional, developmental and ethical requirement for membership with regulatory bodies.

The fee per session for an individual is 60 euro and for a couple 70 euro.
