Facial Fitness 4 U was set up by Mary Hegarty in 2009. Mary devoted the last 10 years to researching the various facial excercise programmes available before going on to train as an instructor in Los Angeles.
Mary took an interest in facial fitness as a result of her work as a dental nurse (D.S.A.). Her training gave her an insight into the workings of the muscles of the face. She realised that facial exercise had many rehabilitative properties. In addition she discoverd that specific facial excercise could reverse the signs of ageing.
Mary is a devotee of yoga and meditation and believes in the natural approach to well being.
A one and a half hour session with Mary costs 95 Euros.
