Lena Axelsson trained with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology Ireland (TASK) at Walmer College in Dublin in 2007. She comes from a background in child care, social studies and volunteer work in the Middle East. She has since a long time been very passionate about different ways of healing and looking at health in a holistic way, both as prevention and compliment to traditional Western medicine.
Lena was introduced to Kinesiology by friends and colleagues whom had experienced great health benefits through it. Training to become a Kinesiology practitioner was a life changing experience which led her to set up practice and continue her development within the complementary field through the simple, yet powerful technique of Reiki. This wonderful healing technique is very relaxing and good for such things as insomnia; mood swings; physical pain; stress and many other ailments.
During her spare time Lena enjoys spending time in nature, meditation and dancing. She regularly attends different healing events such as Light Grids Gifting & Receiving evenings, spiritual talks and seminars and loves healthy cooking.
Lena is a full member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK).
As a member of ASK, Lena:
• Has undergone 2 years of professional training
• Attends annual post graduate training
• Is bound by a strict code of Ethics and Practice
• Is working with FICTA and Government to negotiate standards for the future of Complementary Therapies in Ireland
Lena charges €60 per session
