Laura è specializzata in psicologia clinica e riconosciuta sia in Italia che in Irlanda. Ha lavorato per il Servizio Sanitario italiano per 5 anni e per un anno in quello irlandese, in un diversi ambiti. Si occupa prevalentemente di attacchi di panico, disturbi ossessivi, fobie e disturbi d’ansia in generale, oltre che di depressione, difficoltà emotive e relazionali e problemi psicologici più complessi.
Il suo lavoro è guidato dalle teorie cognitivo-comportamentale per la cura del sintomo e cognitivo-evoluzionista per la ricerca dell’origine del problema e del significato che esso assume nella propria storia di vita.
Laura è specializzata anche in diffioltà dell’apprendimento, disturbi intellettivi, autismo e Sindrome di Asperger e lavora sia con adulti che con bambini.
Ha conseguito la Laurea in Psicologia Clinica e il Master in Psicopatologia dell’apprendimento all’Università di Padova; si è inoltre specializzata in Psicoterapia Cognitivo-Comportamentale presso l’Associazione di Psicologia Cognitiva di Verona.
Laura è regolarmente iscritta all’Ordine degli Psicologi.
La sua tariffa è di 70 euro per sessione.
Laura is a fully trained clinical psychologist accredited in Italy and in Ireland. She has been working for the HSE in Italy for 5 years and for one year in Ireland, in a wide range of services. She works mainly with panic attacks, obsessive thinking and behaviour, phobias and general anxiety disorders, as well as with depression, emotional and relational problems and more complex psychological issues. Her work relies on the cognitive-behavioural approach for the treatment of the symptom and on the cognitive-evolutionist theory to understand the origin of the problem and the meaning that it takes in the life history.
Laura is also trained to work with specific learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism, and Asperger Syndrome both with children and adults.
She completed a Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Masters Degree in Specific Learning Disabilities at the University of Padua; she also obtained a post graduate Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy from the Cognitive Psychology Association of Verona.
Laura is an accredited member of the Psychological Society of Italy.
