Kathleen graduated with a Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Tivoli Institute in Dun Laoghaire.

Kathleen’s training and theoretical background is in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy incorporating psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT) and gestalt approaches in her work.

She believes that psychotherapy helps clients explore the difficulties they may be experiencing within a safe, supportive and confidential environment. This helps the client to look at the coping skills needed to determine what course of action would best help them to resolve these difficulties. She works with each client in an individual way by adapting the therapy to suit each client’s individual needs.

Her experience covers a breadth of issues including bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, lack of confidence and self-esteem, relationship difficulties and stress.

Kathleen is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).

To arrange an appointment, contact Kathleen on 086 151 9455. Sessions last 50 minutes and the fee is €60.
Kathleen is available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for appointments.
