Jo-Anne is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She graduated with a BA(Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and and also has a BA(Hons) in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Studies(HRM) from UCD. Jo-Anne has successfully completed Asist Training (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
Jo-Anne is a primarily a person-centred therapist but draws upon a number of other approaches in her work with clients including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques. She works with clients on a 1 to 1 basis and works with a wide range of issues including personal, relationship and family difficulties, addictions, abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, loss and attachment issues, grief, suicide, stress, general well-being, and personal development.
Jo-Anne is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a background in Human Resources.
The fee per session is €65.
