Haris Bijedic

Haris first became interested in complementary therapies at the age of 16, when he visited a complementary therapy exhibition in his home town of Sarajevo. Between 2006/2007 Haris trained in a Tera Mai School and became a Reiki Master. Reiki is a holistic golden elemental earth healing energy which treats the physical body and mind together, strengthening the body's own healing ability and rebalancing chakras which in turn boosts immunity and calms the mind.

In 2007 Haris finished his training in a Tera Mai school and became a Seichem Master. Seichem as a follow on to Reiki and integrates earth, fire, water and air energies to provide the healer with enhanced and powerful healing abilities. In 2009 Haris recieved an ITEC diploma for his training in Holistic Massage Therapy from the Holistic Healing Centre, Dublin.

Haris has just received his ITEC diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and is very enthusiastic about bringing this therapy into practice.
Haris is hoping to undertake a Hot Stone Massage Therapy Course and orthopedic massage course in the near future.

Haris lives a very balanced lifestyle which includes daily meditation, exercise and relaxation. All of which are very important for a healthy body and more importantly for a healthy mind. Haris has gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the past 4 years through his training and practice in Reiki, Seichem, Holistic Massage and Sports Massage to encourage, motivate and provide clients with aftercare advice to live a more motivated, holistic and stress free life.
