Elaine trained in Holistic Health Studies at Pearse College, Dublin in 2001 where she gained a broad knowledge of complimentary therapies. She holds ITEC Diplomas in Body Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Stress Management. She has since gained qualifications in Indian Head Massage and Ancient Thai Massage (with Nabin Thapa of The Kathmandu Centre of Healing).
Elaine has been practicing from Mind and Body Works since 2006. She is also part of a team working with the ‘Gateway’ mental health project and has previously held the position of Holistic Therapist in with Ana Liffey Drug Project.

A full body massage costs €65 for 1 hour or €90 for 1.5 hours.
