Catherine Gibson holds a Diploma in Systemic Therapy from the Department of Child and Family Psychiatry, Mater Hospital, Dublin, and is an accredited member of the Family Therapy Association of Ireland (F.T.A.I.). She has a Masters degree from Trinity College, Dublin, and is currently working on a doctorate in the area of social psychology at Dublin City University.

Catherine worked as a secondary school teacher before qualifying as a psychotherapist.  Her experience in the field of therapy includes working with families, individuals, and couples on issues related to relationships, parenting, family conflict, depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviour, anger management, self-esteem, and stress. Catherine has done further training and has experience of working with same-sex with couples as well as heterosexual couples.

Catherine charges €65 per session for individuals and €70 for couples. Catherine does not work with children but works with teenagers from the age of 14.
