Massage Therapy


 

Massage is a very popular version of therapy. Treatments available include Swedish, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage or Sports Injury massage. Essential oils are massaged on to the body, particularly working on relaxing the areas of soft tissue or muscle.

A massage is very beneficial for the body and will allow the client to relax, to reduce stress, tension and headaches, and to improve circulation. A deeper remedial version can be used for more painful areas, often on the back or shoulders. A session can either be on the Full Body (back, neck and shoulders, front and back of legs, and arms), on the back, neck and shoulders or on the area of injury. A session will last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
